Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without any charges.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

• Customized or personalized products are non-cancellable once confirmed.
• In case of special promotions or sale items, cancellations may not be applicable.
