Care Instructions

Cleaning

1. Wipe regularly with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth.
2. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, bleach, and alcohol-based products.
3. Clean spills immediately to prevent moisture absorption.
4. Use coasters, placemats, and trivets to protect wooden surfaces.
5. Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area before use.

Maintenance

1. Keep furniture indoors in a dry, well-ventilated environment.
2. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and standing water.
3. For minor surface marks, lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper and apply a suitable natural furniture wax.
4. Test maintenance products on a hidden area before application.

Delivery Guidelines

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact care@vrindaeliving.com within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

1. Order number
2. Clear photographs of the issue
3. A mandatory unboxing video

Once approved, we will arrange the appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement of the affected part, or replacement of the product where applicable.

Returns or replacements are not applicable for:

1. Damage caused after delivery.
2. Misuse, improper assembly, or improper care.
3. Natural variations in wood grain, knots, texture, or colour.
4. Custom-made or made-to-order furniture unless affected by a verified manufacturing defect.

Sale or clearance items unless damaged during transit or affected by a verified manufacturing defect.

Warranty Period

Every Vrindaé Living product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

1. Structural defects resulting from workmanship.
2. Manufacturing defects in materials.
3. Defective hardware or fittings under normal residential use.

What's Not Covered

1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance.
3. Damage resulting from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or outdoor use.
4. Natural movement of solid wood, including expansion, contraction, grain variation, knots, and colour changes.
5. Scratches, dents, stains, or damage occurring after delivery.

Warranty Claims

2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photographs and videos of the defect

Our quality team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement of parts, or replacement of the product where applicable.

Vrindaé Living's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected product or component.
